Sunday, September 7th
Wake up in paradise, sunrise walk along the beach
After breakfast, visited the Russian Fort Elizabeth, walked beach
Visited Kokee State Park in the Waimea Canyon
Stopped at Pu’u Ka Pele and Pu’u Hinahina lookout points to view Waimea Canyon and then went to visitor’s center
Afterwards went to Kalalau Lookout and Pu’u o Kila Lookout and then trekked a portion of the Pihea Trail for our first glimpses of the NaPali Coastline
Notes: After starting out beautifully clear the hike ended in a sprinkle followed by rainbows. J
